Go well Genevieve Baildon – XIX Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010

Which reminded me to say best wishes to our own Genevieve Baildon, Waikato Bowler of the Year (for the second year running).

Have just spotted sporting funny man Martin Devlin (not being a TV sports watcher his obvious comedic skills have completely passed me by). Isn’t he good? I might add I do manage to soak up most of the current relevant sporting atmosphere by some arrangement of smoke and mirrors but not direct participation. Anyway there he is dissing the XIX Commonwealth Games in Delhi – great! – don’t agree but what cool delivery and timing. Which reminds me to say best wishes to our own Genevieve Baildon, Waikato Bowler of the Year (for the second year running). Genevieve joins Dale Lang (Wellington) and Karen Coombe (skip, Wanganui) in the womens triples squad. Genevieve began her sporting career here at Leamington Bowls. Best wishes. Keep you posted.
