love the concept of portraiture as truth or fiction…I have leaned towards the fiction camp for a long long time…especially being one who has hidden everything from everyone for most of my life…photos of myself have always fascinated and intrigued me because they never looked anything like the way I felt..or imagined I look like in reality.
