Ian Dunn is laying out stall sites for Sunday’s The Main Street Carnival in Victoria Street Cambridge, this afternoon, Friday the 24th of April 2009. The Main Street Carnival is one of the last events of the 2009 Cambridge Autumn Festval. Some ninety vendors are booked with Victoria Street closed to traffic. A veteran of many a market both as organiser and vendor (Granny Dunn) Ian tells me that this event will be unique in layout and scale. Let’s hope the weather is kind.

Kerryn Jensen manager of Cambridge Farmers’ Market this morning, Saturday the 18th of April 2009, at Victoria Square, Cambridge, New Zealand. Selling hours are from 8am until 12pm – indicated by the ringing of the market bell. There is no selling before or after the bell is rung. Kerryn and I have been working on Cambridge Farmers’ Market’s new website which we hope to launch this Wednesday morning (22/04/2009).
