Just after 11 o’clock on Saturday the 5th of October 1985 this table cloth was used for the centennial cake cutting celebrating 100 years of education in Whitehall, Karapiro and Taotaoroa districts. In September 2010 the same cloth – with updated embroidery – will serve a similar purpose at the Karapiro, Whitehall, Taotaoroa and Karapiro Hydro Schools 125th Jubilee.
